This process involves screening and shortlisting candidates; this is based on the scope you provide us. This scope is critical to ensure we find you the perfect Nanny.
After this shortlisting we arrange an interview with the candidate. During this face to face interview we ask the candidate detailed questions to ensure their skills and experience will match our your requirements.
Also we want to make sure they are also proudly representing Perth Nanny Care:
The types of documentation we request are:
- Passports including visa’s
- Drivers license
- Driving history
- Police Clearance
- Working with children’s checks
- First aid certificates
- Qualifications
With all of our nannies we require a minimum of 2 years working experience in a child care environment.
This is not all we do! We also contact previous workplace references not only to ensure they confirm their working history but also asking questions based on their work ethic and reliability.
If the candidate doesn’t meet all of these requirements – you simply won’t see the Nanny.
